Dupre was vacationing in Miami for her birthday when she had a fight with a friend and walked to a local bar where the "Girls Gone Wild" production was recruiting young women for its videos.
Francis said Dupre was kicked off of the Girls Gone Wild bus after they caught her drinking, which is a violation of group rules.
Francis has offered Dupre $1 million to star in another video and for a promotional tour.
